PetScan provides informational AI insights and does not replace professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. PetScan does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s health.

Emergencies

If your pet is having trouble breathing, bleeding heavily, has collapsed, is having a seizure, may have been poisoned or is in severe pain, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal clinic immediately. Do not wait for an online analysis.

AI limitations

• AI insights are based only on the photo and description you provide and may be incomplete or wrong.
• Image quality, lighting and angle can strongly affect results.
• Severity levels are a general guide, not a medical assessment.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don’t upload illegal, abusive or unrelated content, and don’t attempt to overload or misuse the service.

Plans and pricing

Paid plans shown on the website are launching soon. Features marked “Coming Soon” are not yet available.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PetScan is provided “as is” and we are not liable for decisions made based on AI insights.
